Please read our return and refund conditions carefully below:

✅ 15-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 15-Day Money Back Guarantee for first-time customers of Dark & Dense hair oil.

If you do not experience at least 50% reduction in visible hair fall, you may request a refund within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • You must have used the product as instructed

  • You must provide clear before and after photo/video proof showing hair fall condition

  • Product should not be fully used — minimum 50% oil must remain

  • Applies to first-time purchase only

  • Only 1 guarantee claim per household

  • Courier/shipping charges are non-refundable

We reserve the right to decline the refund if provided proof does not show a reasonable difference.

Products Eligible for Return

Apart from the guarantee above, returns are only accepted if:

  • The product received is wrong, or

  • It was damaged during delivery

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or opened products (except under Guarantee terms above)

  • Change of mind after receiving the item

  • Personal dissatisfaction without proof

  • Allergic reactions (skin sensitivity varies per individual)

Return Procedure

If eligible:

  1. We will provide return instructions via email

  2. Customer must courier product back to us safely

  3. After inspection, refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method.
COD order refunds will be made via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Mobile wallet (if supported)

Processing time may vary by bank/service provider.

Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is not guaranteed.
We will try our best if you contact us immediately before shipping.
